No - I haven't publish any books (yet).

But there are many who did in more details on topics touched upon on this web-site. I have decided, therefore, to become an Amazon dot com associate and promote some these books. Although this might help me to offset costs related to maintenance of this web-site, the primary reason is that books still provide more detailed information than I (or web) can and they also provide alternative ways of thinking.

Therefore, please consider this more as a suggestion for further reading than as a financial enterprise. Amazon dot com appears to be reliable and cheaper alternative in the most of the cases and I sincerely hope that you will not be disappointed by any of suggested books.

Tor Nørretranders' "The User Illusion" is a wonderful and inspiring book on consciousness I read several times. The scientific information might be a little outdated now, but the overall approach is still refreshing compared to compartmental of many others.

Klaus Mainzer's "Thinking in Complexity" goes into details of the current theory of complexity. I encourage readers not to be deterred by unfamiliar math. To others, I will suggest "Patterns in the Sand" by Terry Bossomaier and David Green.

Peter Kingslay's books deal with ancient history and bring new dimensions that might have significant impact on the contemporary thought.

The wealth of experiences in stage acting and its growing culture based upon Stanislavski's method is a very rich source for any consideration of how we see the world and why we see it the way we do. Bella Merlin and Sanford Meisner reveal this wealth in books that are also enjoyable to read.

Gary Marcus made an interesting attempt to bridge the gap between what we know about our genes and complexities of our thought while Mitchell M. Waldrop provides a simplified introduction into theory of complexity losing a bit in progress though.

If you wish, you may try to find other books or magazines related to topics touched upon on this web-site. Recommended keywords are complexity, emergence or consciousness. You might also think of some others that suit more to your area of interest.
