This innovative educational clinical language tool enables any student to learn how to pronounce and enunciate English.
Starting from the basic phonemes, students can literally build their own words.
At the click of the mouse, any word irrespective of spelling, displayed as a wave form,split into its component sounds and played back. Students can record their own voice and compare their pronunciation with the standard form.
By right-clicking the mouse on any phoneme, a 3D animation of the mouth showing the correct position of the tongue, teeth and palate may be viewed.
The system includes an 25,000 word dictionary which may be extended by the user. Any word may be found, either by its spelling or by its sound.
Students do not need to know how to spell a word before looking it up!
Each word in the dictionary is clearly defined and is linked to all homophones, suffixes and relevant idiomatic expressions.
Audio help is provided throughout thecourse in the chosen native language.
